Job Context

·         Pharmacy Salesman.

Job Responsibilities

·         Proper knowledge about all the pharmaceutical products available in Bangladesh domestic market.

·         Proper storage & order of all the medicines according to pharmacy management system

·         Customer Satisfaction should be the main focus.

·         Good behavior with customers.

·         Understanding customer needs, buying process clearly and completely.

·         Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies.

·         Maintain government regulations and government standard in Pharma business.

·         Regular sales and cash statement preparation.

·         Keep pharmacy always neat and clean.

·         Any other responsibility as and when given by the management.

Educational Requirements

·         SSC or HSC

·         Preferred Professional Certificate: B/C Category Pharmacist

Experience Requirements

·         2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area: Pharmacy Sales Related

·         Age up to 25 years

·         Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.

·         Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

·         Must have knowledge in MS Office, email operation, POS

Compensation & Other Benefits

·         Salary Review: Yearly

·         Festival Bonus: 2

·         Festival Bonus will be 50% of the gross salary and applicable after successful completion of six month probation period.
